Since a review is required for this parking lot, here goes: We were shamefully refused entry to a nearby parking lot. Here, we were welcomed with open arms. I was greeted by an employee who was very welcoming and, above all, incredibly helpful! If you've left items in your car and want to retrieve them, they're happy to let you get them even if your car is parked. One of the employees even offered to drive my car downstairs and out at the end of my stay in NYC. Close to the subway (5-minute walk). Top-notch, I recommend it 100 times over!
